三中全會 港媒：陸維穩風聲鶴唳

香港明報今天報導，中共18屆3中全會舉行前夕，中國大陸各地維穩風聲鶴唳。

報導表示，中國共產黨第18屆中央委員會第3次全體會議（中共18屆3中全會）召開前夕，先有天安門恐襲事件，令大陸各地方政府加強維穩反恐工作，展開對刀具、槍械管制措施。

據說，湖南省更致信各市州安監局長，提出要求在中共18屆3中全會期間和今年後兩個月確保不發生大事故。

此外，黑龍江哈爾濱、甘肅和貴州警方展開對刀具、槍械的管制措施。

報導指出，重慶市政府除在市面加強反恐工作外，更將維穩措施推廣到校園內，突擊檢查搜出小剪刀、鐵尺及玩具槍等「危險品」，被網民批評「甚至將小學生視作恐怖分子」，實在矯枉過正。
