外遇生子找友人當媽　生母義母都緩起訴

【黃哲民／新北報導】新北市32歲程姓女子3年前外遇生子，拜託42歲徐姓女性好友借名充當孩子的媽，並向戶政事務所辦理登記。徐女今年因故反悔，向檢方自首偽造文書，程女應訊也坦承犯行，新北地檢署今諭令2人各緩起訴1年，但須分別接受9小時法治教育。

檢方查出，程女婚後離家出走，與張姓男友同居懷孕，怕生下小孩若依法登記夫家戶口，事後丈夫得知會報復，因此求助徐女，先以徐女證件取得醫院開立不實的出生證明，再與徐女一起到戶政事務所辦妥戶口登記，直到今年徐女自首，檢方依醫院親子鑑定確認程女才是小孩生母，認定兩人觸犯偽造文書罪。
