國泰金：央行最快2014下半年啟動升息

國泰金控今天發布最新金融情勢指出，10月金融情勢「微寬鬆」，仍處穩定狀態，年底前央行宣布升息的機會不大，最快在2014年下半年才有機會正式跨出升息的第一步。

國泰金控經研處指出，10月的日平均金融情勢指數為100.2，仍處在穩定區間。新台幣匯率近期已突破29.5元關卡，雖對金融情勢造成些許壓力，但央行仍將維持動態穩定的基調，不致讓台幣快速破29關卡，緊縮幅度應不大。銀行隔夜拆款利率則持續在 0.385%至0.387% 間微幅波動，顯示市場流動性仍相對充裕。在利率走勢方面，台灣目前整體經濟復甦力道偏弱，通膨壓力不大，加上金融情勢仍可望穩定，所以年底前央行宣布升息的機會不大，最快在2014下半年才有機會正式跨出升息的第一步。
