達人診所涉僱密醫　負責人到案被聲押

【賴又嘉／台北報導】台北地檢署查出達人診所涉僱密醫為病患穴位埋線塑身，另使用未經核准的幹細胞、肉毒桿菌等醫美產品，昨發現案發前出境的負責人林品如返台，立刻約談到案，訊後認定她涉犯《醫師法》、《藥事法》罪嫌重大，且有串證、逃亡之虞，向法院聲請羈押。

檢調發現，曾找藝人吳宗憲、羅霈穎、侯昌明夫婦等人推薦宣傳醫美療效的達人診所，涉找無醫師資格的胡煥昌為病患進行穴位埋線塑身，另從韓國購買未經核准的肉毒桿菌等醫美產品，用於療程，上月搜索約談林女前夫孫偉中到案，孫推稱公司業務由林女掌管，胡煥昌也是林女找來。

林女應訊坦承公司重要事由她管理，但對進口未經核准藥物部分供詞避重就輕，檢方認為她涉嫌重大，且在檢方上月發動搜索約談後近一個月才返台，疑有逃亡、串證之虞。
