【曾佳俊／新北報導】新北市政府以BOT方式興建3處社會住宅，下月將陸續動工，但1500多戶出租住宅中，僅有300多戶有租金8折優惠補助，另近5成以一般房價出租，建商可利用剩餘3成空間，做為黃金店面牟利，市議員李婉鈺今天下午質詢痛批，優惠弱勢青年戶數太少，背離社會住宅真意，根本慷政府之慨圖利建商，城鄉局則解釋，市府省下70多億興建管理成本，未來仍有財務空間補助租金，讓更多青年受益。
