廣大興28號漁船事件從5月9日發生至今即將屆滿兩週，菲律賓刻意拖延耍賴，政府部門的英文國際文宣慢人一步還說明不清，致使台灣在台菲雙方的文宣戰中吃下大虧，國際輿論還一度轉為對我方不利。
看見台灣政府被菲律賓打的節節敗退，網路上出現了這樣一個影片【揭穿菲國的謊言與暴力 THE CRIME OF PHILIPPINES】，全程英文、重點整理、一目了然，文宣戰就是要這樣打，比政府開幾場國際記者會都還要有效果，製作這個影片的導演，他叫奧斯汀。
