勞健保，，工會問題

1,,,想請問本身自己有加入工會，但五月二十四日要到新公司上班，那我還要繳5月份寄來的勞健保費用嗎？
2,,,如需繳五月份工會寄來的單子，那我的健保跟勞保不就重複加保了，那該怎麼辦?是應該向勞保局申請退費還是向工會呢？
3,,,如果我沒繳原本投保工會(5月份)那在勞保方面會不會因為這樣勞保年資從5月1日到23日就沒有了!!因為健保不是按月算嗎？勞保就一退一保嗎？
