數學機率換算

剛剛在算數學......可是朋友一直說我寫錯了!!!
可是我又搞不懂哪邊寫錯.....他又一直不告訴我!!

問題是以下-------------------------------------------------------------
一成機率是10%=0.1%

那0.01%是幾成機率?????
我答案是0.1成機率.......
可是我朋友一直說我弄錯!!!
請問是哪邊搞錯了呢!!謝謝~~~
