便秘該怎麼辦?有辦法嗎?

可以喝優酪乳或牛奶+燕麥片。

要做點扭腰的運動,
1.站著下半身不動,上半身轉向左邊再轉向右邊,看完左邊看右邊的腰部旋轉運動,手臂微張配合轉身。
2.站著雙腳微張,腰不用太彎,做著右手摸左腳,左手摸右腳的動作。

這樣有運動到肚子,就會有便意了
