日：考慮與北韓直接談判

（法新社東京22日電） 日本政府今天說，當局考慮與北韓直接談判。日本首相安倍晉三的顧問近日突然訪問平壤，使日本北韓談判重拾動力。

日本國民在1970年代與1980年代遭北韓間諜綁架，引發日本國內輿論沸騰。日本當局試圖緩解這個爛瘡，雙邊會談已提上日程。

詢及重啟2012年中斷的談判時，日本內閣官房長官菅義偉告訴記者：「我們正尋求所有可能，當然這是選項之一。」北韓去年宣布發射火箭，談判隨之停擺。

安倍晉三19日誓言尋求與平壤當局就綁架議題會談，日本內閣官房參與（顧問）飯島勳稍早訪問北韓4天後返國。

日本媒體引述親近飯島勳的消息人士報導，飯島勳告訴北韓官員，除非北韓釋放所有日本人質、交出綁匪及解決所有綁架案，否則東京當局「不會採取任何行動」。（譯者：中央社陳怡君）
