王郁琦：大陸以一中框架取代九二共識

陸委會主委王郁琦今天到國民黨中常會報告「中共十八屆三中全會後兩岸整體情勢觀察」。王郁琦表示，大陸在三中後逐步醞釀對台工作方針，研判大陸方面仍將藉此進一步推促政治對話，強化以「一中框架」取代「九二共識」，以實質進入兩岸「政治談判」為目標。
