男子對妻施暴 　遭檢方起訴

【石明啟／桃園報導】桃園莊姓男子（37歲）去年9月在大溪鎮住家擁抱妻子遭拒，又被妻子賞一巴掌，他一氣之下對妻子拳打腳踢，造成她臉部、胸部、小腿多處受傷。
 
莊妻事後到醫院驗傷並控告莊男傷害，莊男坦承對妻子動粗，桃園地檢署偵察終結，將莊男依傷害罪嫌提起公訴，莊男因酒駕剛執行完畢，5年內再犯屬於累犯，檢方建請地院對莊男加重其刑。
