廢水排台北港 違法工廠遭拆

【曾佳俊╱新北報導】新北市紅水仙溪今年八月遭亂排廢水污染，導致出海口台北港區陷入一片紅海，環保局揪出禍首是八里區的堃釔企業，查獲違法堆置、處理事業污泥與強酸廢液等有害事業廢棄物，且鐵皮工廠又屬違章建築，市府昨大動作強拆，副市長侯友宜親自坐鎮，大型機具拆毀鐵皮工廠與貯存槽，現場傳出噁心刺鼻化學味道。

重罰30萬移送法辦

環保局表示，業者抽取地下水處理事業污泥，並將洗出的強酸廢液以暗管方式，直接排入一旁紅水仙溪，稽查人員地毯式搜索，搭配無人飛機空拍方式，終於逮獲污染元兇，依法重罰三十萬元外並移送法辦。
環保局指出，分別採樣各槽內水體檢測後發現，PH值為零點七、二及五，由於PH值小於二即屬腐蝕性有害事業廢棄物，業者未領有合法清除、處理許可文件，惡性重大提報拆除。
