關於國三沒有上第八節卻被留校

不好意思,因為國三本人有在打工,

路途算是蠻遙遠,還要趕回家換衣服再去上班,

本人沒有上第八節,所以應該是3:55就放學,

請問沒上第八節的老師還有資格將我留校嗎?

家人同意我去打工,如果家人打給班導說,

是不是班導就沒有那個資格逼迫我留校?

如果班導強制我留校,那算是犯什麼法?

還有我應該跟班導師說我有在打工,請她不要延誤到我的時間嗎?

說了我會有影響嗎?會被學務主任身教叫過去詢問嗎?
