厄瓜多總統 提議公投廢報紙

（法新社基多19日電） 厄瓜多總統柯利亞（RafaelCorrea）今天提議，為求環保，應舉辦公投討論是否淘汰紙本報紙。

柯利亞放行在未受破壞的亞馬遜天然資源區開採原油，如今又提廢報紙，再度引發爭議。

柯利亞在推特（Twitter）帳號表示：「我們希望舉辦公投，提議只發行電子報，節省紙張，避免大量樹木遭砍伐。」

厄瓜多報紙編輯協會負責人柯內荷（DiegoCornejo）說，目前斷定柯利亞是否真要舉辦廢報公投還太早。

柯利亞經常在法院和其他領域，攻擊獨立營運的民營報業。（譯者：中央社張詠晴）
