小弟剛畢業退伍應徵工作中，接收到一家 泰宣企業股份有限公司
約聘工程師(滿3個月轉正職) 設備製造部倉管課一職
薪資25K左右
想了解這家公司福利待遇好嗎? 容易轉正職嗎?薪水會變動嗎?
也發覺到公司的開缺應徵者過少...
想請教有做過的、一些有經驗的、了解這家公司的前輩們
