三立《綜藝大熱門》錄影，53歲的曹西平又唱又跳成名曲〈熱情的姑娘〉，主持人陳漢典想讚美他的屁股宛若「電動馬達」，沒想一開口說「像你們這些老人」，曹立刻炮轟：「什麼老人，不會說資深藝人嗎？你們這些人都不會老？還沒老就長這樣子！」

曹說，吳宗憲講話反應快，除了歐弟，其他人很難接到話，吳則說曹講話像「機關槍」，主持人阿達忍不住請曹講慢點，又激怒曹拿著口哨猛吹，「現場你資歷最新，還敢插嘴，大人講話，小孩不要插嘴。」火藥味濃厚，還不拉倒地說，「很多人說資深藝人怎麼樣，請講這些話的人，過了32年後，如果你還在這舞台上再來說。」
