長頭髮的女生騎自行車要怎麼管理頭髮?

一般都是戴棒球帽 ~

如果把馬尾拉出來~ 一趟下來.頭髮不是打結 就是 髮質變差了

如果把頭髮藏在帽子裡~ 又會因為溼答答的流汗不舒服!

難道真的要為了騎腳踏車把長髮剪短嗎?

還是有其他比較好的方式 ? 謝謝大家幫忙 !
