驗出毒便當食材 專家:吃多有致癌風險

【戴安瑋/台北報導】消保處今公布市售便當食材檢驗結果,36件樣品中,有4件檢出農藥或抗生素,其中2件雞蛋中驗出不得檢出的氟滅菌、甲磺氯黴素及氯甲磺氯黴素。毒物專家林杰樑說,氟滅菌具基因毒性,是禁用在養殖動物身上的,多吃會造成染色體傷害,有致癌風險;甲磺氯黴素、氟甲磺氯黴素則會造成貧血,白血球下降。
 
遭驗出的便當使用抗生素蛋液的全家便利商店及芳味香食品均表示,已撤換全蛋液體供應商,即將上架的商品也全面回收。
