十年前告老闆性侵　十年後被老闆娘控小三

【綜合報導】新竹市1名張姓女店員10年前涉與老闆發生性關係，被老闆娘解僱，張女懷恨控老闆性侵，纏訟10年，最高法院依2人出遊親暱照，張女替老闆口交等證據，不像是性侵，老闆無罪確定；老闆娘日前控訴張女是小三，新竹地檢署將張女提起公訴。

《自由時報》報導，陳姓老闆雖無罪確定，即使過了10年，但人妻的報復才要開始，日前向新竹地檢署控告張女妨害婚姻。據悉，張女大學畢業後就到陳男公司工作，陳妻視她如妹妹般照顧，甚至有意提拔張女成為分公司經理，未料竟成小三， 決定提告。
