請問mac的無蝦米輸入法的中英快速切換

小弟最近剛換一台air

過去在使用windows時！在無蝦米輸入法狀態下

只要按住shift就可以打英文，如果要切換就按一下shift就變成『A半』模式！

請問在mac上有這樣的方法嗎？要不每次都要command+空白鍵切換實在是不太好！

老爺別這樣，少奶奶會罵！
