打擊犯罪　我國加入追討犯罪所得網絡

亞太地區各國為合作打擊犯罪，有效追還犯罪資產，去年11月於韓國成立亞太區追討犯罪所得機構網絡(Asset Recovery Inter-Agency Network of Asia/ Pacific (簡稱ARIN-AP))，我國在法務部、外交部及其駐韓國代表處共同努力，今日順利加入該網絡成為會員。
 
法務部表示，隨著金融犯罪以全球作為隱匿違法所得，唯有透過各司法轄區間密切合作，以及分享資訊與實務經驗，才能有效剝奪犯罪人的不法所得；未來透過ARIN-AP網絡，我國與亞太國家將能掃除犯罪資產返還障礙，提高司法互助效能。
 
目前ARIN-AP會員包括日本、韓國、中國大陸、澳洲、紐西蘭、新加坡、印尼、泰國及我國等21個亞太地區國家。（胡守得／台北報導）
