餐廳名稱：湛盧咖啡 消費時間：2013年/10月 地址：台北市信義區忠孝東路四段553巷6弄4號1樓 電話：02-2763-9909 每人平均價位：350左右 可否刷卡：否 有無包廂：無 推薦菜色：手沖咖啡 圖文版：http://pelagcy221.pixnet.net/blog/post/274011806 很久之前就耳聞湛盧咖啡的大名 前幾天去松山文創園區經過巷口時發現原來他在這 當下就決定下次要專程來品嘗咖啡 沒想要過幾天就有機會可以遶過來喝杯咖啡 這天是平日的下午四點半多 店裡還有一半的位置是有人坐的 就平日而言應該算不少吧? 點了台北曼波咖啡以及雪藏乳酪蛋糕作為初訪的餐點 看到服務人員端著這個托盤來的時候 喜歡品嘗咖啡的我 對湛盧咖啡的喜愛又多了幾分 服務人員先讓我聞聞咖啡本身的香氣 然後一邊用固定水量一圈一圈沖泡咖啡 一邊回答我的問題 真的是相當專業 過了一會兒 一杯香氣四溢的手沖咖啡便完成囉 雪藏乳酪蛋糕帶著淡淡的檸檬香 加上本身的乳酪香氣 綿綿的口感 單吃已經很不錯 配上這款咖啡更顯適合 造訪日期~2013/10/01 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.250.34.192
