14歲少年偷竊被警狂毆　母控警執法過當

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】美國賓州一名14歲少年，上周與一名19歲同伴，一同在鎮上商店偷東西。少年當場被警方制伏，帶回警局，19歲同伙逃逸。少年的母親接到通知，到警局處理時，卻看到少年被打得滿臉是傷，鼻樑骨都被打斷了。

少年告訴母親，自己在企圖行竊的店外雙手反背被上了手銬，等著送上警車時，警方突然拿出電擊槍對他電擊，他不支倒地後，2名警察對著他一陣亂踢亂打，打得他滿臉是血。少年的母親說：「我知道我兒子做錯事了，他也應該被逮捕、受到懲罰，但不是由警察像這樣對著他亂打」、「我有照片為證，一張圖勝過千言萬語」。

警方則反駁，當時要押少年上警車時遭到抵抗，他們是依法使用電槍，至於少年臉上的傷，是他自己站不穩摔出來的。目前此案仍在調查中。
