（軍聞社記者董權輝臺北十九日電）陸軍司令李翔宙上將今　天主持「陸軍年度人事工作檢討會」，勉勵各級幹部發掘單位內部問題，深入檢討與策進，同時擷取他人優點，匯集眾人智慧與創意，全心投入部隊，建立「標準化」、「科學化」管理制度，配合「謙卑」、「柔和」、「服務」管教作為，才能成功開啟陸軍推動募兵制大門。

　李司令表示「陸軍多元溝通部落格」成立迄今，深入瞭解官兵窒礙、疑難，戮力維護個人基本權益，為陸軍變革最佳寫照，期許各單位擘劃藍圖，打造「相互依賴」、「合作連繫」、「提供意見」、「良性競爭」的環境，進而帶動部隊風氣，提升部隊整體戰力。

　此外，李司令也希望各單位就今年度人事工作問題及未來規劃，提出窒礙之處或建議，司令部將會妥善處理，屬於中、長程規劃案者，將納入後續研究，若為執行單位不力，應由各級確實檢討，以照顧每位官兵權益。
