一級古蹟台南地院　司法院編1.7億修復今開工

國家一級古蹟台南地方法院已有100百年歷史，今天舉行修復開工典禮，司法院編列1億767萬元修復，未來將作為司法史蹟、法治教育的生活環境博物館方式經營。

台南地方法院舊建築與總統府、省立博物館，都是台灣日治時期三大「巴洛克式」建築，東側圓頂、原西側高塔是採取不對稱平衡設計，是台灣罕見的古蹟。後方的現代建築，則由家事法庭進駐，以維持整體建築活用的功能。

這棟建築在西元1912年興建，司法院早在5年前就想修復，但礙於經費及發包等問題，遲至今年4月才完成發包，預計以600個工程日，約3年期間完成。
