冷氣主機能掛在鐵皮屋頂嗎??

是一間老舊房子.類似眷村那種一戶貼一戶的
二側連一個人能走過的寬度都沒有.後方也是
附近都是1層樓大家一樣高的
是營業的場所.正門是落地玻璃可想而之也不能放正門口

我主機掛在鐵皮屋頂是上個租客原本的冷氣架
但冷氣架的其中一個腳會漏水..滴到室內

找了抓漏處理3個地方..就這個地方沒弄好..
一下說要移冷氣再補好原本的洞
一下又說沒人把冷氣掛鐵皮屋頂..
我都不知道到底哪個才正確

我的問題是

1-鐵皮屋是不是真的不能鎖冷氣架??或有沒有專門鎖鐵皮屋的方式?

2-如果一樣放鐵皮屋頂...換個位置?再把原來的地方修補一下可以嗎?

3-若是移動冷氣主機(也許只是左右一點)是不是冷氣管線要重新拉過?
