小弟目前在職中收到六和機械面試邀請但該公司路途遙遠~~需得向原公司請假~~ 想問清楚有關六和這間公司再考慮要不要去面試日前該公司主管也有打電話來與我電話面談~~ 也提到未來兩三年後會外派~~會不會排斥我也問了許多薪資福利的問題~~~ 原公司六和機械規模小 18億產業美容業汽車零組件職位成本會計會計儲備幹部薪資 28k(試用過後可能30k) 37k(如果外派乘全薪1.6倍) 年終 0.5月保障1月+績效1~2月休假隔周休國定假日不放見紅休 (外派兩個月回台一次一次8天) 上班準時下班主管說除結帳外都準時下班?? 加班費無有外派也另外加給加班費住所家在台灣租屋補貼3500 福利不好 104介紹感覺該有的都有因為小弟已婚也準備有小BB了如果在原公司~~好處是可以多陪陪家人可以跟朋友常出去但感覺....工作很沒未來性薪水好像也就這樣 10幾年的同事也才4萬初.... 六和好像是家老公司~~~ 優點是薪水也不錯~~~算是穩穩幹道退休主管也說~~~如果外派海外駐點升遷快幹個四五年每年存個80萬以上不是問題.... 缺點~~~離家甚至外派海外與家人相處時間變少~~~老婆有說會跟.... 但小BB出生....很難講現在好猶豫喔.......... 因為六和機械這家公司好像不是上市上櫃大家都沒再討論很難找到這資訊(怕主管畫大餅?)~~~~ 如果有去過面試或待過該公司的版友~~~~給點建議謝謝您 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 122.118.64.166 ※ 編輯: goodlike 來自: 122.118.64.166 (10/02 01:40)
