中華電信學生方案2013

9月份我要上高中了,
媽媽也打算幫我辦一支智慧型手機,
後來發現了這個學生方案,
想辦591的,可是卻發現他時間只有1月~6月,
雖然目前已經有學校,但是要開學才有學生證,
這樣我到開學(9月)是不是就不能辦了?
還有,學生方案是不是只能辦1年阿?

另外,假如我辦Sony Xperia ZL的話,
若學生方案591和安心講188辦2年其中挑一個,
哪一個會比較便宜呢(一開始手機錢+兩年每月費用)?
各是多少錢呢?
