執勤打盹.玩手機 員警摸魚被抓包

員警在執勤時摸魚被抓包‧台中市警局二名警察，執勤時坐在巡邏車上，一個睡覺，一個則是低頭玩手機、納涼，摸魚長達30分鐘，整個過程都被民眾直擊，還拍下來，事後這兩名員警辯稱，是因為清晨執勤比較累，才會休息一下，但這已經影響形象，市警局將進行懲處。

清晨五點多，警車停在路邊，警示燈閃呀閃，但就是沒有看到員警下車執勤，仔細一看，車裡兩名員警，一個呼呼大睡，一個則是低頭猛玩手機，玩累了，還會變換坐姿，換手繼續在螢幕上滑來滑去，時間長達半小時。

巡邏車大剌剌停路邊，納涼摸魚，民眾認為太誇張。台中一分局二名員警，被民眾直擊，在執勤時間摸魚，事後他們還辯稱，是因為清晨執勤比較累，才會休息一下，但已經影響形象，市局警要進行懲處。

當天勤務，照規定要下車路檢，二名員警卻躲在車裡，不管在做什麼，都違反紀律。摸魚摸很大，將被各記兩支申誡，加重處分。
