成人區賣無碼情色片　設18禁關卡判無罪

新北市1名李姓男子(47歲)在拍賣網站「成人專區」販賣無碼色情光碟，因進入該專區前，網頁跳出詢問視窗，是否滿18歲，新北地院合議庭認定，如此非公開販賣，判他無罪，可上訴。

《自由時報》報導，李男販售的光碟屬「軟蕊」（內容猥褻但卻不算變態的資訊）影音，去年3月中旬，警喬裝成買家誘捕李男送辦。

合議庭認為，李男已採取適當安全隔絕措施，縱使會員點選進入拍賣網頁，也無法直接得知光碟內容，依司法院釋字第617號解釋意旨，認定無罪。
