推特/把推文改成隱藏的話現在的粉絲們會不見嗎？

我有在做實況之類的東西，
然後前幾天出現一個人一直說什麼很喜歡我怎樣的，
今天還跑到推特上面回推罵其他跟我滿要好的朋友。

所以我朋友就說那要不要隱藏推文，
隱藏推文的話就會變成粉絲要追的時候會是要經過我的同意才能追，
那要是我隱藏推文的話，現在的粉絲會需要重新按追蹤嗎？
