找一本年代久遠的言情小說

大概是十年前看到的

故事是
男主角是一個大學生，籃球校隊，有一個校花女朋友
後來打籃球受傷眼睛瞎掉，女友離開，女主角照顧他。
女主角好像也是同校女生，很會唸書，按戀男主角

故事尾聲是男主角眼睛醫好，女主角離開。

結局
男主角在女生念完書回台灣那天追到機場，一眼就把女主角認出來

請各位大大幫幫我
我想這本書想了很久很久
印象深刻很想再看一次
