win7的備份和系統映像檔案太大怎麼辦?

我把備份東西放在D槽，而WIN7產出的
"ASUS-PC"和"WindowsImageBackup"資料夾
現在分別是93和116G

之前就覺得他很大，現在又越來越大，我電腦也不過450G
光這兩個東西就吃掉了一半的空間

但好像又不能刪掉，我現在設定應該已經是保留最新的，
但今天他自動備份就突然檔案便很大(好像多出了20G)

是不是我哪邊設定有問題，還是本來就會這麼大?
有沒有辦法讓它變小一點?
我根本沒有新下載東西，但他卻變得越來越大是為什麼?

救救我快要爆掉的D槽吧 !!
