（苦水）iphoto圖庫備份到外接硬碟超慢

因為小弟的iphoto已經肥到200GB了，
今天買了一顆seagate goflex 500GB（FIREWIRE+格式化成exFAT）來備份。
結果估計時間要5天！！！！5天！！！！
我以為火線壞了，在途中還特地測了一下
用一個4G的影片檔測試速度....

後來格式化很多次，爬文很多篇，都沒有發現相關問題！

請問各位大大，有沒有其他辦法可以解決小弟的問題呢？？
