張德正確定免押　北檢：尊重但遺憾

高等法院今下午駁回檢方對於張德正羈押案的第五次抗告，確定張無須羈押。對此，台北地檢署襄閱主任檢察官黃謀信說：「對於高院的裁定，北檢尊重但遺憾，將持續積極偵辦張德正案。」 (丁牧群／台北報導)
