（中央社記者黃名璽台北30日電）行政院長江宜樺今天說，政府維護食品安全，絕對不能只有三分鐘熱度；總統馬英九也說，面對問題不迴避，讓危機變轉機。

2013年全國食品安全會議上午在台大公衛學院舉行，江宜樺與會致詞時表示，要期勉各部會，維護食品安全絕對不能只有三分鐘熱度，務必把此事當成政府最重要施政，讓民眾恢復信心。

馬總統致詞時表示，這次是難得機會，政府要把握機會，問題來了不迴避，讓危機變轉機。1021130
