【張勵德／台北報導】受到寒流及輻射冷卻效應雙重影響，今日清晨西半部地區多處低溫都在攝氏10度以下，最低溫出現在嘉義，只有攝氏7.9度低溫，新竹低溫也只有攝氏8.5度，梧棲為攝氏9.5度，宜蘭、台中及新屋為攝氏9.9度。  

中央氣象局表示，今白天開始寒流逐漸減弱，各地氣溫慢慢回升，高溫可達攝氏20度以上，不過早晚受到輻射冷卻效應影響，中部以北、東北部地區低溫仍只有攝氏9到10度，其他地區低溫約攝氏11到15度，日夜溫差超過攝氏10度以上，民眾要特別留意。  

氣象局預估，明起至下周四各地大多維持多雲到晴的穩定天氣，僅東半部地區及北部山區有局部短暫雨，各地早晚受到輻射冷卻效應影響，氣溫仍然偏低，中部以北地區低溫約攝氏11到13度，南部及東部地區低溫約攝氏14到16度。
