摘要：針對連日來的食用油風波，衛福部昨天邀集法務部、財政部和法學界人士等，討論如何追繳不肖業者不法所得。地方衛生單位將追討大統長基不法所得18.5億元，富味鄉4.6億元，這項金額也分別創下食品業遭裁處不法所得的第一和第二名。而且這項裁處金額不是一個絕對數字，檢調單位持續追查不法情事，業者不法所得有多少就開罰多少。
