魚內臟&生魚片

請問是所有的大小魚都有內臟要處理嗎??
像吳郭魚,鱸魚.....就很明確有內臟,那像熳魚或是'肉基辣"台語.....
好像有的小魚只要煎一煎就可以直接食用,不知是否因為小所以看不見內臟嗎?
請問那像鱈魚呢??

還有做生魚片的魚是要有甚麼條件嗎??
大隻魚?還是肉質??還是深海??遠洋的魚??

突然很好奇魚的問題
