護理系應屆畢業生適合進精神專科嗎

我五專就已經考到護理師執照了
目前二技畢業
在我求學及實習過程中一直都對精神科很有興趣

我想請問各位學長姐如果應屆畢業生有在骨外科診所做兼職半年
但畢業後沒內外科經驗
可以直接進精神專科醫院訓練嗎

請有經歷過的學長姐告訴我一下

另外想請問如果在高雄的醫院
在精神專科方面有推薦的嗎
還有薪資福利的比較 謝謝
