夢境一：夢見與上級、同事有親密行為。
26歲單身女教師萊斯莉平時與同事交往並不多，但她卻經常夢見一位男同事帶她去戶外騎馬。夢中，馬鞍的刺激讓她享受到快感，甚至發出呻吟。萊斯莉常因此感到難為情。
英國倫敦人際關係心理學專家帕姆·斯帕爾博士表示，夢見上級領導、同事並不表明你潛意識中想與其發生關係，大多說明你欽佩此人的能力，希望他(她)給你指引和幫助。馬在女性性夢中經常出現，喜歡自慰的女性可能會夢到撫摸馬兒。
夢境二：夢見當眾性愛。
29歲的迪娜夢見她在機場遇到一名陌生男子，男子搭訕後便拉她入懷，兩人在眾目睽睽之下開始做愛。讓迪娜感到最滑稽的是，夢中壓根沒看清男子的臉。
美國亞利桑那州夢境分析專家卡羅爾·L·庫明斯表示，這類性夢揭示了一種開放性的心態，說明你在期待新的戀情，對一段新的感情生活充滿熱情。『看不清男子的臉』是一種自我保護，說明內心還在為新感情的到來做準備。

夢境四：夢見與名人性愛。
34歲的凱茜說，在《鐵達尼號》熱播的那段時間，她多次夢到與男主演萊昂納多·迪卡普里奧在光天化日之下瘋狂做愛，即使被家人發現也沒有停下來。
經常有人做跟名人有關的性夢，女人尤其多。夢見與明星做愛，其實是期望自己的另一半有明星所體現的某種特質，如勇敢或浪漫等。夢中有家人出現都不停下來，說明她在性方面很自信。
