啤酒下藥挾女上摩鐵　綠中評委稱「政治報復」

民進黨處理黨紀的中評委許錦構被控企圖性侵黃姓友人女兒(22歲)，本月15日晚上與友人聚會時，許男涉在啤酒下藥，黃女醒來時已在汽車旅館床上，許男正對她上下其手，黃女反抗躲到廁所傳LINE向友人求救脫困；被害人事後就醫在血液中驗出安眠、鎮定藥物。

許錦構昨稱，當天是女方主動要去汽車旅館醒酒，質疑是「政治報復」。警方已受理報案，將傳許到案說明。

綠中評委性侵示意圖：許男將黃女載往汽車旅館上下其手，黃女驚醒後反抗躲進廁所以手機求救。
