情侶情人節民宿雙亡　日租套房業者被起訴

高雄市1對情侶今年情人節與同事一起到宜蘭遊玩，借宿一間日租套房，因熱水器瓦斯燃燒不完全，造成睡夢中情侶雙雙中毒身亡；宜蘭地檢署今將該日租套房陳姓女負責人依業務過失致死罪嫌起訴。

宜蘭地檢署偵查認為，陳女（56歲）因施設熱水器不當，釀生該起悲劇。起訴書指出，陳女在陽台裝設非屬強制排氣的瓦斯熱水器，同時加裝窗戶使其呈封閉狀態，熱水器把一氧化碳排入房間，造成屋內熟睡情侶中毒死亡，陳女過失犯行足堪認定。
