早期退休公務員 照護金凍漲

早期領一次退、生活困難公務員，可三節皆領照護金。銓敘部原擬調高照護金額，但今年適逢年金改革，為考量社會氛圍，銓敘部昨天建議，維持現行金額發放，凍漲三節照護金。

早年公務員待遇較低，政府為照顧生活困難公務員，訂定照護金作業要點；針對民國六十八年前領一次退休金、平均月收入低於政府定門檻之公務員，則每年三節發給照護金，單身者每節發一萬八千元，有眷屬者每節發三萬一千元。

銓敘部統計，從民國九十八年到一○一年的發放人數及金額，皆呈現逐年遞減趨勢。

自民國八十八年起，年節照護金便就未再調整。去年銓敘部曾考量八大社福津貼已調高，打算調高照護金，但經討論後決定維持現行金額。

今年適逢年金改革，銓敘部認為，調漲照護金恐增加政府財政負擔；考量社會觀感，建議維持現行制度發放，不調漲。
