深夜聚眾鬥毆　十餘人全遭辦

【呂健豪／新北報導】新北市新店市區今天凌晨1時許發生聚眾鬥毆事件，警方到場處理後協助傷者送醫，當事人雙方皆無提告意願，但警方仍依違反社會秩序維護法，對在場10多人進行偵訊後依法送辦。

警方調查，參與鬥毆雙方人馬當中，多人有毒品前科與幫派背景，今天凌晨的鬥毆事件雖僅依社維法裁罰，但警方表示將密切注意雙方動向，若未來有尋仇或其他嚴重違反社會秩序情事，不排除朝組織犯罪方向擴大偵辦。
