光啟高中學生 奪烘焙職類亞軍

（中央社記者卞金峰桃園縣14日電）光啟高中學生楊才鋒，參加全國高級中等學校102學年度商業類科學生技藝競賽烘焙組，以紮實烘焙技巧及創意勇奪亞軍。

楊才鋒從全國眾多參賽者中榮獲全台第2名的好成績，更是北部高級中等學校最佳的成績，受到學生師長們的道賀及肯定。

楊才鋒競賽主題以指定檸檬布丁派與即時創作花卉蛋糕裝飾為主題，比賽強調紮實基本烘焙技巧、裝飾、創意，運用花卉為主題，將布丁檸檬派打造全新風貌。

指導老師廖暄宇說，訓練過程中，楊才鋒不斷遇到困難及瓶頸，經由鼓勵，讓楊才鋒建立起完整的烘焙思維，從烘焙基礎、蛋糕裝飾、不斷重複練習及創意激發課程，長期辛苦及堅持，終於獲得甜美果實，為光啟高中勇奪全國第2及北區之冠的好成績。

另外，光啟高中分別參加中餐烹飪、餐飲服務、文書處理3個職種，也在眾多競爭選手中奪取3個優勝的好成績。1021214
