巨石過後餐廳出走　警辦負責人竊佔國有地

【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆市北寧路，今年8月31日1場暴雨導致住宅崩塌、巨石滾落意外，經基隆市刑大科技警察隊、羅東林務局清查該處地區，發現以賣西餐聞名的人氣餐廳「河豚很多」設置在國有保安林地內，警方因此找來31歲林姓負責人約談，林男稱「餐廳早已搬到和平島附近經營，怎麼可能違法？」
 
警方調查，林男去年8月向1對42歲鄭姓夫妻租地，每個月租金2萬8千元，鄭姓夫妻也向警方表示「完全不知情！」指出16年前，以86萬與另名江姓男子購得土地。訊後，警方依違法山坡地保育利用條例、森林法函送林男等3人。
