手術後未發現病人併發症　2醫和解獲緩刑

【劉志原╱台北報導】林姓男子2008年腹痛，找台大醫院外科醫師游憲章求診，游幫他轉診到慈濟醫院後，由游進行手術，但術後，林男卻出現腹痛、休克，最後因敗血症死亡，家屬認為，負責開刀的游與主治醫師吳柏鋼、值班醫師周博智等3人，有醫療疏失而提告，台北地院認為，游、吳2人有疏失，將游判刑7月、吳9月，因雙方和解，2人均獲緩刑2年。

判決指出，游憲章2008年時，同時兼任台大醫院主治醫師及慈濟醫院台北分院醫師，同年7月林男因腹痛至台大求醫，經游憲章診斷後，轉至慈濟醫院台北分院開刀，7月7日上午，游替林男進行腹腔鏡膽囊切除手術，術後游巡房，林男向他反應無法排尿，醫院卻沒安排超音波等檢查；隔天林男痛到冒冷汗，醫院也沒發現他已有敗血症，最後林男不治。
