自經區放寬外籍白領薪資？ 勞委會否認

媒體報導，行政院規劃自由經濟示範區，研擬讓白領外籍專業人士可以依照市場行情給薪，取消現有的薪資規範；勞委會今天澄清表示，自由經濟示範區目前只規畫放寬外籍專業人士不需要具備2年工作經驗，不過受聘僱薪資還是應受限行4萬7971元的規範。

勞委會表示，放寬示範區內受聘僱的外籍專業人士無須具備工作經驗，是為配合放寬人流，以提升國內技術水準、拓展海外市場。而外國人受聘僱薪資仍需達4萬7971元，是為了確保雇主引進的外籍專業人士屬於優秀人才，而非一般人才。

勞委會指出，假如調降薪資規範，除了對企業引進優秀人才毫無幫助外，也可能讓國內現階段中階人才過剩的問題更加惡化，進而造成國內勞工薪資停滯，因此目前勞委會並沒有針對自由經濟示範區，取消聘僱外籍專業人士的薪資規範。
